CERTIFIER

FULL TIME ROLE



This is a fantastic opportunity and would be perfect for a confident candidate who enjoys a fast-paced workload and encouraging environment.
We are seeking a full-time Senior Building Surveyor to join our team who will play a key role in delivering small and large scale developments. ​



THE ROLE



WORK AT THE OFFICE 5 DAYS/ WEEK



The successful candidate is expected to autonomously deliver projects of small to medium size projects and support the delivery of our larger projects under the mentorship of the project directors.


The candidate should have the following traits:

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team to deliver projects.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

•Technical ability and attention to detail in Certification and BCA Consulting.

• Workload management in prioritising to meet deadlines.



QUALIFICATIONS





• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Completion of a Construction Management or Engineering Degree and post graduate studies in Building Surveying suitable.
